Dan's title at DoubleLand is Acting CMO; his role is all things marketing - because he is the marketing department. Since joining in May, Dan re-branded the solar company and single-handedly created all of its marketing collateral, including logo and visual identity, explainer video, slide deck templates, business cards, and more.
LOGO
DoubleLand's CEO wanted a wordmark that conveyed the company's promise of using land both for agriculture and solar production. Ampolo delivered with this rugged shadowed text depicting duality, textured to show grit and strength, and gradient brand colors illustrating terrain.
WEBSITE
Prior to Dan's arrival, the DoubleLand website was completely AI-generated. Dan created new website architecture, selected still and animated images, and wrote several pages of new content. Dan added SEO improvements and Google Analytics, established a HubSpot account and added a lead capture form. Then Dan created an implemented a PR plan to announce the new website.
VIDEO
DoubleLand's CEO expressed concern that prospective customers had a hard time visualizing how the product worked. So Dan scripted, filmed, and edited this video on zero budget using a borrowed drone, iPhone video, and Google text-to-voice narration. Dan is already working on the 2nd video, which will show how the product can be incorporated into operations on a farm or ranch.

Because even in today's digital world, at networking events business cards are still a critical leave-behind. You can see that the client is pleased with the product.
SOCIAL MEDIA
DoubleLand is an early stage startup, so we're intentionally using social media sparingly. But that doesn't stop Dan from preparing some content to have in hand down the road.
